For any workshop arranged by Emily Endean Photography, the following Terms & Conditions apply:

Cancellations:

If the workshop is cancelled due to the weather or personal circumstances by Emily Endean Photography, a full refund will be provided OR the opportunity to move to another date. Emily will try to keep the workshop running even in unfavourable weather conditions as sometimes this is the best photography! However, if the conditions are dangerous or just meaning an unenjoyable time for all, then a postponement will be inevitable. Emily will always do her best to keep you informed of any need to cancel at the earliest possible opportunity.

Refunds:

Included within the price is a non refundable £50 fee - If you need to cancel and its within 30 days of the date, then your deposit will be retained by Emily - if its over 30 days then a full refund will be provided, or a postponement may be preferred.

Insurance:

Emily Endean Photography has full Public Liability coverage including equipment cover however this does not include you or your equipment. Emily recommends you having full insurance coverage to protect your gear and yourself from injury or damage.

For any workshop or tour arranged and administered by a third party, separate terms & conditions will apply.
